Custom Order Requests
Now that you've had a chance to check out our website and perhaps found something you're drawn to; so much so that you want to version of that piece made for yourself. Great! That's what this website is all about! We'll work with you to create that specific and unique item no one else has! Sound good? Let's get started.
To order a custom piece:
1. Use the list of questions below to define the details for your request. (Including the reference piece(s) on our site you want as the inspiration (i.e. Cedar boxes, 3rd row, second column). Include specific colors, materials, styles, etc... and we'll see what we can create for you.
2. Forward your initial request to me via our Custom Quote Contact Form (found at the bottom of this page). I will contact you to review review your order and speak about the options and pricing for making such an item (including what's doable, and what's not).
3. After we come to an agreement, I will forward an invoice to you (via PayPal), detailing that agreement. This will include:
-A quote of the cost (including shipping and taxes).
-How long I would need to complete the work.
-The details discussed, and any other necessary information.
4. To establish this order with us, you will first need to pay a deposit of 50% (½) of the invoice quote. Please pay through PayPal. Once this deposit is received, we will begin work on your item(s). This deposit is not non-refundable.
5. You will contacted when your item is complete and ready to ship. At that time, the balance left on the order will be due (including price, shipping and tax costs), The item will not be shipped until the balance is paid for in full.
* As custom made pieces tend to be very personalized, and sometimes even inscribed with a name or specific imagery, I reserve the right to consider whether items can be returned, or not, on a case by case basis. That being said, please don't hesitate to contact me with any issues, or questions you have about your item. Your satisfaction is supremely important to us and I will work with you to try to resolve any issues. If, in the end, we do agree to have an item returned, please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Also, please note that you have 7 days (after you receive your item) to contact me about potentially returning it.
* PLEASE NOTE: I regularly use leather, horn, bone, fur, antlers, feathers, shells and other supplies derived from animals throughout my work. If you have any objections to the use of animal derived materials, or have any allergies or sensitivities to animal (or other) materials, this is probably not the site for you. You assume the responsibility of using the items I've created at your own risk.
* My intention is to create pieces that incorporate and satisfy the general custom requests of my customers. That being said, please know that, I am the designer, and I retain creative control of how pieces are made, and artistic ownership of my original designs.
