Custom Order Requests
By this point you have checked out our website and maybe you've found something you "just love and really want!". If you're now considering having a custom piece made, great! That's what we're here to do. We'll work with you to design that specific and unique item no one else has! Sound good? Let's get started.
To order a custom piece:
1. Use the list of questions below to define all the details nessasary for your request. (Including the pieces(s) on our site you want me to reference, specific colors, materials, styles, etc... whatever appeals to you.
2. Forward your initial request to me via our Custom Quote Contact Form (found at the bottom of this page). I will follow up with you within 48-72 hours of receiving your request. We can then review your order and speak about the options and pricing for making such an item (including whether or not this is something I can make for you).
3. After we come to an agreement, I will forward an invoice to you (via PayPal), detailing that agreement. This will include:
-An estimate of the cost (including shipping and taxes).
-How long I would need to complete the work (including a shipping deadline).
-Any other necessary details and our policies.
4. To proceed with the order you will need to pay on this invoice. A deposit of 50% (½) of the invoice estimate is required to be paid (through PayPal) before work will begin on your item. Once work begins, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
5. I will contact you when your item is complete and ready to be shipped. At that time, the balance left on the order will be due (including price, shipping and tax costs), The item will not be shipped until the balance is paid for in full.
We will notify you immediately if any unforseen issues come up on our end that might delay the timely delivery of your item.
* As custom works tend to be very personalized, and sometimes even inscribed with a name or specific imagery, I reserve the right to consider returns on a case by case basis. That being said, please don't hesitate to contact me with any issues, or questions you have about your item. Your satisfaction is supremely important to us and I ask that you give me a chance to work with you to try to resolve any issues you may have. I want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If, in the end, you do need to return an item to me, please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Also, please note that you have 7 days (after you receive your item) to make arrangements to return it.

If you have any objections to the use of animal derived materials, or have any allergies or sensitivities to any animal (or any other) materials, this is probably not the site for you. We are not responsible for any such reactions. Thank you.
* My intention is to create pieces that incorporate and satisfy the general custom requests of my customers. That being said, please know that, I am the designer, and I retain creative control and artistic ownership of my original designs. I will do my very best to include and accommodate specific requests, likes and dislikes, etc.; however, my creative process will not subject to micro-management. It is my artistic ability, vision and expertise you are hiring to work for you.
